AIMS is another name for learning. Under the active and devoted supervision of a group of passionate educationists who dreamt of doing something different, this dream came true on 4th July, 1994. Inspired by the ever-inspiring thoughts of Swami Vivekananda, AIMS came into existence with little resources but with great love and passion.

This intense passion and love guided the sapling to touch the stars within a few years. The initial building had to be extended when accommodation became a serious problem, and in several phases the present building grew up. In 1998, AIMHS was recognized as a school affiliated with the CBSE, enabling students to appear in the Board Examination in a full, friendly, home-centred environment.

The school not only educates students in the traditional syllabus but also looks after their other basic necessities. Alongside regular games classes, it organizes sports events and observes days of learning through educational exhibitions — held every alternate year — with enthusiastic participation from students who learn and perform swiftly and efficiently.

Through the practical utility of the theories they read in their books, the students are exposed to practical solutions for everyday problems. They do these themselves and learn from their own personal experiences.
